“I think it is superb for what you pay, comfortable beds, warm, all super clean. There is a fridge and a microwave in the corridor and a kettle in the room. The manager is super friendly and accommodating. There is a bar and a skiing rental. We would definitely stay there again, next time in Spindlerov Mlyn! Thank you ”

“When we came for a breakfast and asked fried eggs we were rejected with the reason- "I do not eggs ". No timeline when no excuses, nothing. When we came for a dinner (prepaid) at around 2000 (dinner is served between 1800 and 2100, some of the dishes were empty. After request to refresh it we've got an answer No, it was too many people we didn't expect them so no food left. Breakfast is served until 1000 and around 0950 a servant came and told us to hurry up as the breakfast is only served until 1000. Meaning either we have to stop halfway or we have to eat very fast... Normally hotels stop serving food when breakfast is over BUT never ever kick you out. Absolutely horrible and unacceptable service ”
