“Due to a cancellation my wife and I booked this hotel for 2 nights after 6pm for that night and the next. We immediately attended the Hotel, got no response, and due to works immediately outside felt it was closed. Panicking we had no accommodation we then arranged another property. Later on we received an automated update from the Hotel, by which time we were in another property. It was a no cancellation booking, but despite the circumstances it would appear (Agoda were to let us know by email but have failed to do so) the Hotel is refusing any refund. ”
