“Nice, modern, quite luxurious hotel. There is however something strange with the arrangement to get the pool towels - one needs to go fetch them from a store, located inside the hotel, on a different floor. One also must bring the towels back to the same place. This is quite weird for a 5* hotel. Otherwise it is a lovely place, a sleek new hotel, beautifully decorated, with a fantastic pool. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Given the staff forgot to do our room on the day before last, we were hoping for a complimentary 2h extension on our departure, but the hotel offered only paid one, the rooms must be in high demand. All in all, it is a great hotel, perhaps with small improvements to be made. We truly enjoyed our stay.”

“I stayed at this hotel on my own and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was clean, elegant, and comfortable, and I had a very good night’s sleep. The pool was great, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. There were a few small issues. The shower drain was clogged, and the bathroom had two bottles of shampoo but no shower gel. The breakfast was average; for a four-star hotel, I would have expected better quality. I also really loved the thoughtful cat-feeding station. It was discreet, well placed, and did not disturb anyone. The price was very good for the season, so I would definitely stay again for an ad hoc overnight stay when needed. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience.”

“We stayed at the Elyon Hotel for 5 nights, and our experience was very positive! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and even invited to enjoy breakfast. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. Afterwards, at reception, we were allowed to choose sunbeds around the hotel to be reserved for us for the entire stay – this was one of the best features of the hotel!!! The beds themselves are extremely comfortable, like a proper bed with luxurious mattresses. There are buttons you can use to call for service and order drinks or food directly to your beach bed, which was very convenient. There is direct access to the beach, but note that the area directly in front of the hotel is rocky. You’ll need to walk either left side toward the water sports area or right side (we recommend the left side, which is more organized for swimming and has fewer waves). The blue beds shown in the photos on the beach itself are for payment – we didn’t use them since we went down from the hotel each time and returned. The pool was very luxurious, and we would even say heated! The overall service is excellent – everyone is friendly, welcoming, and provides great service. Rooms – here I have slightly more critical feedback. The rooms are very nice and luxurious; however, while the exterior looks renovated, the infrastructure inside is less so. On the first day, we didn’t have cold water in the taps; we opened a service call and it was fixed quickly. Later, there was a leak from the sink that constantly left a puddle in the bathroom. We reported it as well, but unfortunately it wasn’t fixed until we checked out. Additionally, there was renovation work below our room, and the hotel didn’t inform us about it. All our swimsuits drying on the balcony got covered in dust that wasn’t cleaned – this was very disappointing. Overall, our experience was very good. The hotel is truly pampering and offers good value for the price paid, but the management should consider a more in-depth treatment of the infrastructure.”
