“Nice, modern, quite luxurious hotel. There is however something strange with the arrangement to get the pool towels - one needs to go fetch them from a store, located inside the hotel, on a different floor. One also must bring the towels back to the same place. This is quite weird for a 5* hotel. Otherwise it is a lovely place, a sleek new hotel, beautifully decorated, with a fantastic pool. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Given the staff forgot to do our room on the day before last, we were hoping for a complimentary 2h extension on our departure, but the hotel offered only paid one, the rooms must be in high demand. All in all, it is a great hotel, perhaps with small improvements to be made. We truly enjoyed our stay.”
