“Nuestra visita fue bastante agradable, la habitación era una villa equipada que en nuestro caso tenia algunos problemas con la ducha de agua caliente que era algo intermitente. Ademas incluye desayuno aunque no se indicaba asi en la oferta habitacional. El desayuno era de buena calidad y buen sabor, tenian variedad y el espacio no fue un problema en ningún dia. La piscina es bastante amplia y los precios en el bar de la piscina no fueron exagerados. Los snacks que ofrecen para la piscina son razonables aunque en tiempos de almuerzos o cenas duran bastante en llegar y se propician errores en las comandas. La playa esta a unos 500mts y no tiene casi olas y las pocas que hay se crean bien afuera, de modo que los niños pequeños pueden pasar la linea de olas y estar tranquilos en el mar caminando o flotando sin peligros. Solamente hay que tener presente que tmb hay algunas piedras y fragmentos de corales en la playa. En general nos gusto la experiencia y en definitiva volveremos en el futuro ”

“The hotel itself is locked in a compound with security check as you come in. In the compound that is quite a large area, you need to drive 4km to get to the hotel. Which located it close to the beach, a beautiful beach, and which make it quite secure. However it feels quite remote and locked in, especially that accessing the beach at night is also difficult as the hotel is surrounded by gates and there is only one access through the bar. The roads and infrastructure are quite damaged. I guess it's the rain season in Costa Rica that makes it difficult to maintain. However it would definitely need to be refreshed a little to keep up with the 4 star standards. The 2 main swimming-pools are really big and it's a real pleasure, the ocean is in a cove so the waves are not that big, even quite calm. By walking to the end of the beach, or via a bus transfer offered by the hotel, you can access the white-sand beach "Playa Blanca" and there is more facilities there like a restaurant and ”
