“The hotel was nice and the staff were great. They assisted us and looked after us. The staff at the ground floor checked on us while we were waiting for our ride, gave us directions when we were looking for a souvenir shop (there’s a good one walking distance from the hotel). The front desk staff were accommodating, allowed us late check out, arranged for our airport transfer, etc. The location was in a busy area. Convenient if you want to do some shopping. You can hear the busyness of the area during daytime. There’s a museum and casino beside the hotel as well. ”

“We stayed for 2 nights. Wonderful location walking distance to everything. The drawback is that there is no air conditioning. We were provided 1 fan, but was still hot. Staff was great and breakfast was delicious. ”

“the only incontinency was with my check in, i have been asked to provide a credit card for security (never been asked before in sj) i didn't have one beside my debits as all my cards are in the google pay so the refused to check me in, after a short talk with the reception manager she agreed but with removing my mini bar (an empty small fridge) from my room. very poor way to handle the situation. ”

“Everything was as expected with an IHG hotel. Rooms were a little dated but nice overall. Location was good for airport and great restaurants nearby. Staff at the hotel bar were exceptional and very friendly ”

“I would like to send my appreciation to the female staff who spoke English well. She helped us with our tour plans and gave some recommendations. She answered all our questions. We were unable to thank her well at the end since we were in a rush. Breakfast box was available for early morning departures.”
