“We had a one night stop over in Liberia and just needed a cheap clean quiet place to stay. This place met those requirements. We had a small but clean room with air conditioner. WiFi good. Nice common kitchen area. Big common lounging areas, one section with a big screen TV. 3 shared clean bathrooms. Indoor parking was also available. Best thing about this place were the family staff - very nice and welcoming. It’s not a quality level air bnb but it’s better than a typical hostel and perfect for an overnight stay near the Liberia city center. ”

“The hotel amenities were great - pool and grounds were perfect for our 7yo daughter. Peacocks wandering the pool area were a highlight! Negatives were that when I booked on Agoda it said children were free for this booking, but we were charged an additional $35 at the desk at checkin to add our daughter to our room. The hotel description also said that the hotel has an airport shuttle, but then again at checkin the woman at the desk said that they don't have a shuttle, but can call you a taxi which costs way too much for the 10 minute drive to the airport. Misleading on both accounts. The space itself is nice, and convenient to the airport, but prices were very misleading in the end.”

“Much better than those modern hotels were there is only rooms after rooms and elevators. Las Espuelas has personality, history, lots of green grounds and open areas for sitting and relaxing. Will definitely stay there again.”
