“overall, very clean, and all staff were really friendly. the grounds are well maintained, and we saw lots of beautiful birds, and even some monkeys. the tractor drive to the hot springs was fun too. it is a very isolated location, and we couldn't even get a pack of cookies or a slice of cake anywhere within a 45 mins drive. no cappuccinos either. the "spa" is basically a tiny sauna and 4 small pools of hot and warm water. no views at all, all lodges are next to each other so little privacy, and we were woken up at 7am ish by the lady watering shrubbery around our lodge for half an hour, it was really noisy. some of the facilities are dated, especially their restaurants. the breakfast was ok but not great. horse manure everywhere. ”

“My room was really quite beautiful, a wonderful space. The swimming pool is amazing, loved the pool bar too. The thermal pools are top notch and I liked walking around the grounds, my only complaints are that you can't take hikes by yourself, you have to pay for tours when I'd prefer to be just given a map so I could take a walk by myself. Also, the food isn't very good, 6/10 at the most. The staff were very nice!”
