“It was ok. It looked like it started out right and then management just lost interest. I am a little picky but just lots of little details annoyed me. Like running out of coffee at breakfast. Like dirty windows. Like not putting enough staff on for breakfast when the number of guests is already confirmed. Terrible silicone work in the bathroom. So nothing major but just lots of little things.”

“Muy pequeña la habitación , me dijeron que no se podía cambiar, y luego de que les demostré que algunos elementos no funcionaban, y que no me habían arreglado la habitación, procedieron a cambiarmela. Me cobraron unos impuestos, que se supone yo los había pagado con la reserva. Es la primera vez que me pasa y yo utilizo hoteles con bastante frecuencia.”

“Staff was very nice and probably the best thing about the hotel. Other than that I wouldn’t stay here again. Much better options around Medellín. Rooms are not quite at all, you can hear everything. There is no noise reduction. There was a very loud alarm that went off every day inside the hotel around 8-9am very annoying. No breakfast included. The tv was very difficult to figure out ( I travel an tvs are normally never an issue but here it was setup weird). Elevator out of service one day and I had to walk up to 9th floor after being out all day running around comuna 13 I will say room is clean and decent but feel better value is found elsewhere ”

“The staff of the hotel were very nice and friendly. The area where the hotel is located is filled with night life lots of restaurants and bars around the area. It was also walking distance from a shopping mall. I didn’t like that there were wasn’t a mini bar with the room and there wasn’t much options for breakfast. Didn’t like have to eat eggs every morning. Other than that my stay was peaceful and relaxing.”

“Great location and the staff was amazing. The bed could be softer and in warmer times the AC could be a touch cooler. Regardless, definitely worth the stay. ”
