“The location is good. Food, shops and massage centre nearby. Though is hotel is boutique style, each room is unique and the beddings are very good. The pillow and mattress are firm. Much better than other hotels we slept. ”

“I will never recommend this hotel to anyone unless: 1. you do not mind staying in a room which reeks of cigarette smell perpetually (in fact the entire premises smell like a smoking house); 2. you are fine with exhaust fans in bathroom and hair dryer not working at all; 3. you do not mind suspicious stains on table, dusty counter top, cigarette burns on chair and the lack of toilet paper; 4. you can overlook the nearly non existing counter staff who was rude, dismissive and curt when you ask for assistance; and 5. you can turn a blind eye to peeling ceiling and popped up flooring. Our stay was initially for 2 nights but we checked out after the first night due to our very unpleasant experience as shared above. Frankly, if possible, we would not have even rank one star for the hotel. It was truly a nasty experience and this is the worst hotel we had ever stayed in.”
