“The resort itself is amazing! Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, great bathroom and the beds are very comfortable. We had a garden view and the little area was a wonderful way to relax and decompress the day. Breakfast is breathtaking, a lot of variety, fresh fruit, options for all likes (asian breakfast and western-style) and they have great option for the kids too. And has a wonderful view. I really enjoyed the spa too! Great staff and facilities in general. Their ice creams from Bruno Gelato are a must-try! My only suggestion was that the pool was a bit unsettling. As a grownup with no kids, it was disappointing to have the pool full of screaming children when they have a swimming pool specifically for them. I would have liked this area to be a bit more adult-friendly. I think if their is a children's pool, the other one should be with common rules of not splashing or screaming. I couldn't even get inside because they was a group of children playing loudly and using the floaters as shields or splashing them around. ”

“Service n Amenities were great! An impt comment: We had 2 connecting rooms 1130 n 1131. Both rooms were musky with a mouldy smell. As that was the last 2 connecting room, we just make do with the night. ”
