“The pros: - amazing bedroom, with high-end equipment, large size rooms and d top of the notch comfort The cons: - the restaurant was incredibly poor. The food is priced 4 times the normal price and is as bad as everywhere else in town (which means really bad). It also comes very late while the restaurant is entirely empty. The menu is also confusing, leading to unexpected significant extra costs. - the restaurant looks like an airport terminal. The ceiling is amazingly high, there is no hint at all to Tibetan culture. - the staff is kind and is trying hard to do its best. Unfortunately, almost no staff speaks English, our reservation for a room for 3 people come with just one single king size bed (we had to negotiate an extra bed, which sounds incredible for a reservation for 3 people)... Overall, this hotel cannot pretend to the brand "Hilton". The staff needs intense training for long months before it could potentially be considered as a Hilton hotel. Unfortunately the pricing is the one of a real Hilton.”
