“I had a pleasant stay at Federal Hotel Meijiang, Meizhou. The hotel is strategically located near the beautiful Meijiang River, making it very convenient for sightseeing and relaxing walks. It is just a short walk to the riverfront, the Hakka Museum, and many local eateries nearby. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with a warm smile, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it is a comfortable and convenient hotel for anyone visiting Meizhou.”

“Room quality is superb. Clean and well cared for as one sees upon entering the front door. Outside the front door, the regular street and neibourhood does not speak of opulance. The Wanda Plaza is a modest version, however, it does have more than adequate amenities. One does need to show the hotel Chinese name to the cab driver or it won't be recognized. A hidden gem...!”

“Stayed for 2 nights here in June. I booked a room without window, so internet connection was patchy. But apart from that everything was very good. Check-in/out was seamless and room was clean and tidy. The breakfast consisted mostly of local fares. The mall in front of the hotel has options for Western food.”

“Hotel is quite dated. Bathroom: Small and bad layout Toilet bowl flush not working well and was advised by the housekeeping that toilet paper cannot be disposed into bowl but the bin beside. Front desk: Serves coffee and tea Lotus restaurant: Staff were unfriendly”
