“The facilities and staff were good, but the hotel lacked air conditioning, and the room temperature reached 25-27 degrees Celsius. Despite multiple complaints, the problem remained unresolved. They eventually provided us with a fan, which seemed like an attempt to save on electricity by setting the entire hotel's air conditioning system to such a high temperature – unbelievable for a 5-star hotel. The hotel price was reasonable, and if you don't mind the high temperatures and stuffiness, it's good value for money.”
