“My wife and I stayed at the Le Meridien Emei Mountain Resort on 2 separate nights as we did the Emeishan climb in-between. From the outside, the hotel looks very well designed and is even better inside. The room we had was very spacious and comfortable, with a very impressive view of the lake beside. The hotel is just a few minutes ride from the railway station and to the Emeishan visitor centre and Baoguosi, the starting point to Emeishan. The backdoor of the hotel is a shortcut to eateries nearby so it's very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. A certain Mr Du from the concierge was in particular helpful in assisting us and giving us a ride to the train station on our last day. For those going to Emeishan, I'd certainly recommend staying here.”
