“Hotel good with nice bed. But the bathroom in our room 607 have a problem with the glass door ( door hinges squeak) and the tap water very hot can't change to cold water.”

“Stayed here just for one night in between cities. It did the job. Check in was slightly confusing (since I didn't speak German and Agoda masked the online check in link) but all sorted - just head up to the floor with the apartments and there are instructions posted there in English with the necessary link. Kitchen could be slightly cleaner and the location is about 15-20 mins walk/5 mins bus to the city center, but no complaints for the price!”

“Since I did not have hot water in my bathroom I notified the reception. After a very unfriendly response I was offered to change my room which I accepted. There again the water started coming out only lukewarm after having it running for several minutes. I told the staff (after being asked)about that without any further demands from my side to which I received a very rude answer that no one has ever had any problems but me and if I didn't like it I should go to a different hotel. In the evening I came into the room and had to find out that there was no towel in my room. The next morning at checkout I was blamed again by reception as to why I did not come to them to get a towel (impossible since the reception closes at 8pm and there was no one there when I returned). On top of it I got a really bizzare email after leaving in which the staff claimed that all towels were in my room (no true I just had 2, rugs for the floor instead of a bath towel) and even included the colleague I was traveling with in the email.What the F***! Rudest and most defensive staff ever!never again!!!”

“Stayed for 2 nights in the Deluxe Double Room. It is a clean hotel hotel with well designed room. The hotel also located near the train station around 4-5minutes away which is very convenient. The breakfast is small but cozy and with sufficient food and the staff are friendly. ”
