“Had a great stay. Comfortable hotel, new, great amenities. Yummy breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff ”

“The staff on arrival was distant and not pleasant to speak with. It’s not WHAT you say, it’s about HOW you say things! In the morning, the staff was polite and helpful. Specially the young lady in the service during breakfast was very nice and attent! ”

“Staff were excellent. Service was great. Hotel was very comfortable. One drawback is the hotel doesn't have a lift. ”

“Even if all details were given at booking time, the check-in is long coz you have to give all info again. Chief of staff a bit edgy. Rooms very small but ok for 1 night. Very good location. Still good value for money”

“better than expected with a modern furnishing! A decent breakfast spread. The shuttle bus, opposite Bulle Station direction, is 1 stop away, after alighted, walk up and turn right ”
