Ultimately I went to the Hotel Schantal in front of this hotel . I told my problems to the receptionist and want help. She was very kind . She contact over phone with some one of my hotel . After a lots of harassment we were able to enter in the hotel. What a Irresponsibility I did not find any where. I booked at least four months ago. N loft so we gave option for room on 1st floor due to the problem of knee. But they allotted a room on 2nd floor. Disappointing ”
