“The room was clean at a reasonable price. Our stay would have been a nice experience if not for the evening receptionist who double booked the room we stayed. We were booked in that room first and while my partner and I were just settling and bringing our stuff in, another family opened the door while I was in the bathroom dressed inappropriately! And around 7 am the next morning, another receptionist knocked the door telling us that we were not booked in their system! They were able to sort out that it was the evening receptionist's mistake, but put our privacy convenience at stake. I hope they'll improve how they handle their booking system.”
