“We had a good stay, largely thanks to the host who was incredibly accommodating and helpful! The room itself feels a bit dated, and the mattress is on the weaker side and could use an upgrade. For amenities, there were tea and coffee provided (though no bottled water in the fridge), and the breakfast was decent enough to start the day. A great host, with just a few room updates needed to make it even better.”

“There were stains on the bed sheet, and it had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the floor was not clean when my guest arrived at the hotel. I am changing my hotel because I do not want my guest to feel uncomfortable or neglected. ”

“As advertised”

“Booked room for our Grand parents and they were satisfied with the location facilities and price point. ”

“loved it”

“We stayed 3 nights while visiting family. The hotel was easy to find and book online, very clean and modern, price was great and came with a delicious hot breakfast. I would definitely stay again.”

“We have stayed here a number of times going through Lloyd and it's always a good experience, especially compared to other hotels in Lloyd. We love the Smitty's downstairs and it's always clean. But the hot tub has been broken our last 6 stays. ”

“The room is big and the washroom is clean. It's just that underneath the bed, there are candies. Friendly staff (especially the night shift, there's just 1 lady who kept on saying NO when she didn't really fully understand the question yet). The eggs during breakfast is 🩷 Only the downside, they asked for a credit card (damage deposit) and I almost can't checkin because I don't own one. Good thing I have a companion who has one. Just not sure if ever I cancel it because they don't allow people without cc (but with visa debit) will they ever refund me the payment I did when I booked it.”
