“It wasn’t as pleasant as our previous stay at this hotel, which was disappointing. When we arrived, we noticed several cleanliness issues. There were dog hairs on and under the table and the couch, a piece of dental floss on the floor in the bedroom, and some hair in the bathtub. While the rest of the suite appeared generally clean, these details made us question the overall cleanliness of the room. There were also maintenance issues, including faulty lights and a non-working blow dryer. I informed the staff, and she was helpful and tried to find us another room, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. She also offered to have the couch vacuumed, which we appreciated, but by that point we had already settled in and chose not to go through the hassle of moving things around again. We ended up just avoiding using the couch. Noise was another issue. There was a lot of noise from the floor above us, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, when the neighboring room used the laundry facilities, there were very loud pipe noises that sounded quite intense and disruptive. Although the staff was polite and tried to help, we did not bother informing them regarding the other issues except for the dog hair since we cannot move anyway. Overall, this visit did not live up to our previous experience, which is unfortunate.”

“Across the road from Eastlink. Fairly new hotel so everything was clean and spotless. Water heater, wifi, and A/C were working properly. The only disappointing thing was that the pool was closed during our stay. We called them a few days before booking to make sure that the pool was not under maintenance and they confirmed it. When we got there, they said it can't be used as of the previous day. Breakfast is a la carte and not buffet.”

“They went beyond what needed to be.my friend and I both use a cane and I booked a room not knowing it was on second floor.they changed room for us without us having to ask .it was perfect and the rooms were really clean.i will go there again next time I have to go to grande prairie.which will be in the near future.i couldn’t believe how great they were to us .thanks for a great stay”

“Room was good,clean and away from the parking lot which was great. The front doors to the hotel were broken and stuck open in -20 weather but they had heaters setup to keep the lobby entrance warm unfortunately there were some unhoused people who were under the influence of something using the heaters to warm up.”
