“This is the third Quality Inn we stayed at in the last 3 weeks. I would definitely say that the prices in Gatineau are much better than Ottawa, while still being close to downtown. This Quality Inn seemed a little older than the others we stayed at. The room was nice and everything worked. The fridge had a small freezer. The water pressure was decent. There were less breakfast options than previous Quality Inns and the staff seemed to have difficulty keeping up with the volume of guests. When items ran out they might not be refilled at all. The type of sausage would be patties one day and tube the next. Variety is fine but it seemed like they were just using whatever they had in the back. There was one particularly busy day that the staff seemed truly annoyed and were only handing out butter on request. It was just a very inconsistent breakfast experience.”

“Our stay was ok. The room was clean, beds were comfortable after a long drive in. The place needs an update in décor, the coffee furnished was bad, no creamers just whitener, air conditioner was very loud but did do the job. I appreciated the table and chairs outside of the room. All in all, I find ***/night is a tad expensive for the experience. But if you need a place to crash, it does the job. Just watch out for the nasty little mouse roming around the place in the evening!!!”

“We were looking for nicer hotel in a central location in gatineau as a home base. It was about $20 ride to parliament, and $30 from the airport. the hotel has a nice restaurant and hot tub, and the rooms are large. would recommend!”
