“We are quite satisfied of our stay at this hotel. The breakfast is good with lots of varieties. The location is convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will come to this hotel again in our next trip.”

“The location is a bit far from city centre. The hotel is Good. Rooms are spacious. Rooms are situated far from the reception and parking which take you about 3 to 5 minutes to reach your room .otherwise it's everything went okay in our stay. ”

“Canadinns is always a great stay for me. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean and up to date. The only thing that may deter another single childless couple is its very family oriented so there are alot of kids (made it hard to relax in the hot tub, but it did not bother me as the pool area is clearly geared towards kids) Also, be aware if you are going to be staying during a "party holiday" such as new years, as the night club had an event and there were hundreds of gen z party goers in the lobby going in and out of the club. ”

“I have been going to the Victoria inn for almost 20 years. Even after moving to a different province. Each time I have gone back, the rooms are less clean. The facilities are in need of repairs badly. Level of cleanliness all around has gone down. This last time the room I booked wasn’t the one I had reserved. My cards didn’t work. Once I did get into my room. It wasn’t cleaned properly (didn’t tell them because the last time I did, they did nothing). The hot tub, which is a big reason I book here. Wasn’t working. It was cold, and even after they had the repair man come. It was still cold. Yes the power had gone out earlier. But that’s something that should be on their radar. Not something to be told by many other renters. When complained about it at check out time. They said “well it’s working now”. What good does that do me now when checking out. I don’t want apologies. I want them to do their best each time. Because it doesn’t get cheaper each time. I will be going to another hotel when I go back to Brandon. Congratulations Victoria Inn, you have lost a long time customer. ”

“The price was reasonable. When we checked in, we were given a room that had not been cleaned. Front desk staff was helpful giving us another room immediately. Breakfast was good. The breakfast nook, however, looked like it was the midst of plumbing problem. with several pails out to catch the dripping water. Food was good...ambience wasn't. We have used this hotel several times in the past...we had never had problems before, so we're assuming this was an unusual thing and would try staying there again in the future.”
