“First of all I have to commend the hotel staff. They were incredibly courteous, ready for any questions or requests. One example: we both got the stomach bug somehow and at one point we came to decision that we would be better off to see a doctor. We called the front desk at 9 pm, and they arranged a house call with a physician who came to our room within 30-35 min. Another example: we opted for a Lake Titicaca excursion leaving at 7 am, and the front desk made sure we'd get a breakfast box on the go, because we didn't have time to have our breakfast in the morning at the hotel. The room was very clean and the view was incredible. We opted for the City View, the room was on the 12th floor overlooking the city and a clear view to the mountains and sunrise. The restaurant within the hotel is quite affordable (not as cheap of course as the restaurants in the city) and the quality of the food was excellent. Very delicious, plus it always took a bit longer for the food to come out, so I assume that they were preparing it mostly after the order, not just reheating them. Breakfast was included and had a very good variety of selections, including different types of omelets that they made per requests. Again, the staff, the waiters couldn't be any more friendly and ready to be of service. Very highly recommended hotel, easily 10 out of 10. ”
