“No sé por qué tiene tan buena opinión. El hotel es bastante justito, correcto pero sin más. El personal fue bastante seco y desagradable, sobre todo en el restaurante. Spa justo y básico. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. No repetiremos”

“This is a very large hotel. While not new, all public areas are very well kept and very pleasent, and the SPA is truly excellent! The food is good (had both breakfast and dinner). The signature rooms are very spacious, but the decor is plain and the carpets are tired. The worse thing is that there is NO A/C, so in the summer thee room can get hot. The location is perfect, but be aware that in the summer most lifts are closed, or only work on some days of the week, so plan the days of your trip accordingly.”

Located at the best location so that you can actually slide from the mountain straight to the cabins doorstep!!!!very large room compared to a hotel room - each cabin has its own private porch with a mud room to put all your ski gear to dry out. “The location of the Lion hotel is around 15 minute walk from the ski lifts, but the Lion provides a complimentary shuttle service to the gondola, operating every 20 minutes with a one-hour break at noon. We stayed in a double extended room, which was quite spacious and clean with satisfactory daily cleaning. The bathroom facilities were good. However, the bedding was unsatisfactory; the sheets would loosen from the mattress at night if you're sleep roller, and one of the mattresses was sagging. The pillows were particularly uncomfortable for those sensitive to sleep quality, and the blankets were quite short and narrow. The hotel features automatic central heating which cycles on and off at night. When off, the room and bathroom become quite cold. The quality and variety of the breakfasts and dinners were very good, with local beer and wine included in the dinners. Hotel's lobby is very nice, the bar serves drinks and food. The SPA and pool facilities were excellent, always clean and well-maintained. The staff was generally friendly, but our two requests for an additional blanket at reception were overlooked until we asked a room cleaner directly. Additionally, we requested a lunch box a day before our early checkout at the reception. The receptionist noted our room number and assured us it would be arranged, but the next morning, the receptionist handling our checkout was unaware of the request and was unable to provide a lunch box at that time. Another issue was the hotel's WiFi, which was mostly unstable in the evening, likely due to the router reaching its maximum connections and displaying an error that the IP address could not be obtained. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite a few mentioned drawbacks.”
