“ Clean 2 bedrooms apartment Nice staff Parking is not free Breakfast is not that good Location is okay”

“Vary nice hotel ”

“Residence Inn Sarajevo is a popular hotel to large tourist groups (not from Asia). Breakfast time is crowded and noisy and there is not enough space to move across the tables. By 8.00AM, the group leaves and less noise, but the food is only leftovers. I like the spacious room that comes with a kitchenette. I can cook using the microwave and stove. There is a dishwasher too. The cleaner has no time to clean everything in the room but they do their best. I requested the free dental kit from the cleaner because the counter staff couldn't find it and suggested me to buy from the hotel's mini market. Just a walking distance from the hotel to many attractions and many eateries / supermarkets nearby.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean. However, I was disappointed to learn that we would have to pay extra for a coffee during breakfast if we requested it from the barista machine. Additionally, the orange juice was not very good, and the hotel rates were quite expensive.”
