“The resort is nice. cleaning staff and bar staff were excellect. when we used the BBQ and had to have maintenance turn it on for us they took over an hour to show up and we had to call 3 times. our check in also did not go smoothly they couldnt find our reservation and the front end lady seemed very irritated with us because of it. we paid all fees and taxes when booking and then were told we had to pay another additional fee when we arrived which was annoying.
The resort itself is very nice and clean but our room was on the road side of the resort and a lot of people on the island have very loud vehicles so we were up several times a night from the sound of aftermarket exhaust vehicles driving by.
over-all I would recommend. Its close but not too close to the chaos of the strip and it was good value for money.”
