“Our spa suite room was lovely but unfortunately the bed was quite hard even for someone who usually likes firm mattress. We were told we would have the sofa bed made up for my youngest but upon arrival it was not made up. When we called reception, they organised a rollaway to be sent up, saying they don't have sofa beds. My son ended up sleeping on the wooden floor the first night instead of the rollaway that was so uncomfortable. We checking under couch cushions on departure, found the couch actually was a sofa bed which would have been better. Pool and spa areas were really lovely, but the tiles in the main spa had come away from the inside at the top and you could see soil and roots coming through. Buffet breakfast was amazing and definitely a highlight for the kids to have Nutella on tap! Unfortunately the room service menu was super limited and not very family friendly so we found food options lacking. We did really love the cold water drink station in the main entry to fill water bottles. The Spa was amazing and I wish I'd had more time to stick around and do the extra lounge time add on.”
