“Beds comfy, good size Room, staff friendly ,room service (food delivery to the room)was fast. Only down side we don't like much was no microwave to heat frozen meal, internet connection didn't work, the cleaner seem lazy didn't change or top up toilet paper we had to buy some from the shop down the road, hand towel in bathroom was changed, beds weren't re made even though we had the sign display on the door asking to have room made up. The Cleaner only topped up the fridge with breakfast and re stocked cutlery draw. We had a noisy neighbour next to us keeping everyone awake while trying to sleep due to them banging around inside room and thumping Up and down the metal stairs all hours of the night apart from that everything was fine ”
