“Cleanliness, location and value are the highlights with friendly staff. Traffic can be loud in front rooms. Used by a lot of work people so early mornings happen every day.”

“I love staying here- it is close to Aldi for food and to the botanical gardens for a nice walk and play. The shower is fantastic with heaps of pressure. Free tea, coffee and milk. The toaster is small so dont get cafe style fruit bread or crumpets. The mattress could of been a bit softer for my liking but I had a great sleep- had the fan turned off for background noise. I love the size of these rooms esp with a little one- he has a bed to play on and so much room to run around in, and a table to eat at. Love staying here”

“The reality of the room was far removed from the pictures. We were provided moldy towels, there was old bedding and used tissues in the sofa bed when pulled open and mold in the bathroom. My husband had bed bug bites on his back and I had a severely allergic reaction after the first night which has lasted well through the second day. Additionally, we booked the room since it came with a washer dryer, quite essential when you're on a multi week road trip. I found out the dryer didn't work close to midnight after the wash cycle finished. We then had to put the clothes to airdry after trying many times to get the dryer to work. When I complained to the receptionist next morning, I was told the dryer not working was too bad and they couldn't do anything about it. Compared to the bed bug bites, the non-working clothes dryer, dirty linen and mold, lack of enough cups in the kitchenette was a minor inconvenience. Save your money, book elsewhere. ”
