“Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Unfortunately some of the furniture in the rooms are very worn down and not in the nicest condition. I was checked into a room that had a large rip in the sofa material, stains on sofa and curtains and the table had grime under the glass top. Also near the air con was dust & fluff on ceiling. Staff were attentive in helping me move to a new room however television didn’t work and needed to be revised by staff until it worked. Also you’d expect to have your room refreshed for the day but it’s wasn’t and was later told it wasn’t included with my room. Pool was great with ocean views as was the discounted breakfast at downstairs restaurant which is separate from Oaks but affiliated. Not sure I would return to this Oaks anytime soon plus Agoda show a photo of room with Seaview. My room was overlooking a construction site. But don’t be fooled by this and be sure your reservation clearly states “ocean view”. ”

“I paid for 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms however the apartment provided only had the one bathroom. This can be hard with 2 families ”
