“Our bath leaked badly to the point we used all thr bath towels to soak up the water. The toaster didn't work and the safety chain was broken. Things happen, I would not have given a poor review but when I said 2 of 4 of our family didn't shower as we disn't want further flooding and damage of carpet, then showed thr toaster and chain there was no compenstion offered. The manager was lovely and greatful, but even a token % off our accommodation would have been a nice gesture. We arrived late and had no hoice but to stay there. That aside, the manager did say that they are doing upgrades 🤷‍♀️”

“I was happy with my one night stay at the West Coaster Motel in a Budget first floor well maintained room that has everything I required. I liked the bath, however, the hot water could have been a bit warmer. I liked the white noise of the water flowing in the creek that was outside my room. I would stay at this Motel again.”
