“Ok for a night or 2 but did not have a very positive experience. Everything was difficult. Before our stay I called the hotel multiple times over a few days during opening hours and could not get through to anyone. Also left a couple of messages which were not replied too as well as emails. Had difficulty checking in and were rushed out on check out. We over stayed in our room by 6 minutes and had staff banging on the door. We thought 10 minutes after check out would be fine considering how difficult the checkin process was. Have been to hunter multiple times and this was the first time we stayed somewhere we would not return too. The accommodation itself is fine, good location. The only other issue we had was toiletry bottles were empty. ”
