“We stayed had an overnight stay at Cubana in Nambucca Heads with 2 kids and 2 adults. The family room was clean and has been recently renovated. There were bikes and paddle boards available. Short distance to beaches and shops 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by car. Check and check out were easy and reception staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. ”

Just a few minutes’ walk to the boardwalk and less than 3 km to Shelly Beach. The river nearby is full of marine life, which made for a really special experience. Quiet, serene and a perfect place to unwind”

“I arrived at around 8.20 p.m.. I had an email advising a code to unlock a key safe after hours. Got key and access instructions out of the key safe. The advised code to get the boom gate to open for access to cabin didn't work. I tried it five times. I called the after-hours number. My call went to a voicemail service. Fortunately, another visitor arrived behind me. This guy put his code in and the boom gate lifted. I called the after hours number again to seek advice. My call went to a voicemail service again. I left two voicemail messages to call me. I have not received a call back. I didn't leave to get something to eat for dinner as I knew I couldn't get back in through the boom gate, so I went to bed hungry. Not happy!”
