“ Chose based on other reviews. I was worried it might be noisy. No noise heard at all. The room was just beautiful and spacious. Huge shower and stylish bathroom. We ate in the hotel for dinner and breakfast. All meals were terrific. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will be back. ”

“Bar is downstairs with loud music. So basically you could not sleep until past mid night 1am maybe . Besides you can hear ppl walking up and down outside your door otherwise everything else is not too bad. ”

“an allocated smoking area so you don’t have people in the early hours of the morning standing and chatting at your window, also the smell of cigarettes comes under the door to the room as there is a gap under the door. Also needs a new shower head as the water leaks out the bottom. If these few things were improved it would be a lot better ”

“The facilities are a bit old, but everything works fine. The only downside was that there was an empty cigarette pack left on top of the wardrobe by a previous guest — probably missed during cleaning, possibly because of the height. There was also an issue with the self check-in. We had to make a phone call to get the key.”

Huge fun for the bravehearted who want to experience sleeping in an 1860s era prison cell… 😱 Awesome relaxation space (prisoner exercise yard), kitchen & common rooms. Not suitable for anyone scared of ghosts but at least the lighting in open areas dors stay on until midnight.”
