“The staff were so lovely on the phone for checkin access when kiosk didn’t work. Our room number then didn’t match the key given, and our room whilst clean was so dusty and stale, I kept wondering if we had gotten a room they don’t use 🙃 but clean and nice shower products, so it was fine for one night. I know I booked a bargain, Probably wouldn’t return and spend a bit more next time though. ”
