“Comfortable cottage, well-equipped and large for a couple. The jacuzzi bath was really nice coming back from long hikes. The bed is a bit springy, but there are many extra blankets and pillows to make it more comfortable ”

“Feel deceived on what's on offer... and only notified of the actual set up after payment and no cancellation. We had one room and expected to share one toilet with 3 other rooms. The heating was set at 30 degrees and we still froze... especially with bedding very light on. The restaurant is under the same roof but you need to walk halfway around the building outside in rain and 5 degrees to get to it. The kitchen had enough cutlery and crockery for 4 people not 4 couples and nowhere to sit except your bed. We'd booked for 2 nights and for the 2nd night we requested a cabin which we had to pay a whole extra night for as the cabins are a separate entity to the lodge. Clever money making scheme going on I think. And to top it off the toilet blocked up in the cabin in the morning. Really disappointed and will not be coming back.”
