“Fantastic service, good food and the room was nice, with a great view of the gardens and the mountains as advertised. It was great to be able to have breakfast every morning at the restaurant upstairs - the building itself was so beautifully kept. Especially loved how they surprised us with cakes and tea with chocolates every night before bedtime! Only downsides were that the restaurant was closed at night (but we were advised of this prior to checking in which was helpful but a bit of an inconvenience). Internet didn't work at all in our room, and the bathroom vents had a lot of dust hanging out of it (the room was otherwise spotless). Heating in our room was not working so it was very cold - the staff did try their best to accommodate this by providing us with portable heaters around the room. Overall, glad we got to stay here as it was a place we were eyeing for some time. ”

“숙소를 찾느라 애를 먹던 중 급하게 이 방을 예약했습니다. 늦은 시간에 도착했지만, 안내문을 따라 방을 찾아갔는데, 놀랍게도 호화로운 스위트룸이었습니다. 길고 피곤한 하루를 보낸 후 넓은 공간에서 편안하게 휴식을 취할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 아침 식사가 제공되지 않은 점은 조금 아쉬웠습니다 (시리얼과 우유 한 봉지는 제공되었지만요). 하지만 방에 필요한 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어서, 미리 준비했더라면 직접 아침을 해 먹을 수도 있었을 겁니다. 방 가격은 예상보다 비쌌지만, 넓은 공간과 멋진 전망을 생각하면 만족합니다. ”

“This accommodation suited me well. Kevin was super friendly and the bed was comfy. Some small Improvement suggestions would be, milk to make a cuppa when the cafe is closed and a small bin in the bedroom. Enjoyed my stay Thank you ”

“위치가 정말 편리했습니다. 울월스 및 살라망카 마켓도 모두 도보로 가능! 주차장도 편리하고 편안한 숙박을 위해 깨끗하게 정비되어있는 시설이였습니다. 처음 체크인 위치 헷갈리는 분은 주차하고 도로쪽으로나가면 bar옆에 호텔 전용 입구가 있음 엘레베이터가 없어서 짐을 들고 2층으로 올라가야하는 점 외엔 전혀 불편한점 없음 방이 아주 크진않지만 층고가 높아서 답답하지 않음! 직원분들도 친절하세요~ 추천합니다! The location was very convenient. You can walk to Woolworths and Salamanca Market! Parking was easy, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained for a comfortable stay. If you’re confused about the check-in location, park first and go out toward the road—you’ll find the hotel entrance next to the bar. There’s no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the second floor, but aside from that, there were no inconveniences. The room isn’t very big, but the high ceiling makes it feel spacious. The staff were also friendly—highly recommended!”
