“Exactly what we needed for a couple of nights close to the Grampians. Our room was very big and fully equipped.”

“I would rate my stay 8/10 overall. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Milk, who was exceptionally accommodating. He always provided excellent room service by cleaning the room, replacing our towels, collecting the rubbish himself, and even washing our dirty dishes, which was a thoughtful gesture that went above and beyond what was expected. However, my experience with another staff member was quite different. On one occasion, he refused to enter our room for housekeeping and instead asked my partner to bring all the rubbish and dirty towels outside for him to collect. This inconsistency in service was disappointing, especially after experiencing the high standard of care provided by Milk. Another downside was the no-cooking policy, even in the outdoor areas of the property. For guests staying for an extended period for work or school, constantly eating at restaurants becomes quite expensive. It would be great if the property could consider allowing guests to use small portable stoves in designated outdoor areas, as this would make longer stays much more convenient and affordable.”

“An older style motel but clean and comfortable. A short drive into town. Off street parking. Staff very helpful.”
