“Close to water and food venues. A/C worked great. The water view is relaxing. The rooms both needs some updating. The floors are a bit rough. I imagine this is how they keep the price reasonable. Good value for the money, especially when compared to other places. Nice that is it away from the noise of Mitchell and Esplanade. I would stay here again. ”

“Bed bugs. Please don't waste your time the phone. Must be 20 years old. The place is a dump the owners are dirty lol it's was like being in a bad Bali hostel it's. Not wat you need not want in your memory bank but. Boys. If u you want play a. Pranks. Send ya mate. There. Dive dive dive. Council needs to know ”

“The room seem like hasn't been check for so long let alone freshing up prior to guest check in. The room was musty and strong sewage smell from the bathroom drainage. The AC wasnt working well, had to open the AC unit only found the filter is choking blocked. Doesnt looks like been service/check for so long. Other than that, everything seem just fine. Old builing, nothing much can expect from them. But it cheap tho.”

“Comfortable stay close to CBD. Compact room well fitted out. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast room layout could be improved.”

“Clean and spacious rooms. Far enough away to not hear the rukus of the night life from New Years Eve celebrations. ”

“We needed somewhere last minute and this place was cheap and in the right location for us. We did have to walk up a lot of stairs but the room was clean the smell of the sheets was very nice and the staff were very helpful as we needed to check in and out very early. Although it’s not the most modern motel it was great for what we needed ”
