“The cabin comes with a small kitchen which we used it to cook dinner (we bought ingredients from a local supermarket store 5mins drive away). Come with a queen size bed and two singles. It was very comfortable and the location of the hotel was near the starting point of freycinet trails. Breakfast was fantastic and the view was incredible. Didn't regret one bit for staying here although.it was pricier than other accommodations. ”

“We arrived at around 6 pm, and until about 9 pm there was no hot water. We sent messages and tried calling, but no one responded, even though it was stated that they would be available to take calls at any time, no matter how late. I was quite disappointed about this. The next morning, they apologized and kindly offered us a late check-out until 12 pm. Overall, everything turned out fine, and I really liked the atmosphere.”

“We stayed for one night in a cabin with amazing views of the mountains. Waking up to the water in the distant and the mist over the mountains was sublime. However, 'resort' is a bit of stretch given the glamping style accommodation, although it was a spacious, clean room. Given it was about 15 minutes to 25 minutes drive away from shops and restaurants, the facility should have at least some basic food supplies/options (no, a 50 dollar cheese platter does not count!). Had I known there were no restaurant or food options on premises, I would have booked elsewhere. Breakfast was at least decent, simple, yet decent, and again, with amazing views. Very pricey for what we got, not good value for money in my opinion, but then again, maybe 400 a night is average in tassie these days! Perhaps in a few years when construction is fully completed, it will be better, as there is definitely potential. ”

“Love Hearing the kookaburras in the morning. Nice stay. The only improvement to suggest is perhaps to provide bottles of water to drink. Although staff said we can drink the tap water, still not too confident to drink the brownish water at all. Hope the restaurant will become operational soon. Otherwise, nice stay. ”
