“Facilities were a bit tired but adequate. Staff service levels were exceptional. For that alone I will return. Good prices too! The freezer in my room fridge was almost totally frosted so I had to manually defrost it overnight. Housekeeping cleanup can be improved; we stayed 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned the whole duration. But front office staff were very accommodating and cheerfully handed out extra towels and toilet paper each time we asked for them. But yes, I will definitely return. Thank you for a comfortable and homey visit.”

“We found that this accoommodation was in a good area for us as we would drive to Exhibition Park each day and it was only 12 mins away and was in a pretty quiet area due to the university not being open over the New Year break. We did have a bit of an issue with the cleaners not restocking coffees, teas, milk and bathroom stuff like shampoo and hand soap and had to get the night staff to fix. The food we found at the attached Labor Club to be not worth the price but the wee cafe on the corner by the hotel called Camerons was wonderful with yummy good priced food and coffee. We would recommend staying here still .”
