“The hotel is nice, old restored etc. I know it has new owners and want to support them. The room was nice, clean, bed comfortable, needs some ventilation in the room. The fan was loud / in need of repair. Turned it off immediately. Airconditioning was good but there's no fresh air, so a build up of dust on the walls. The main thing was the other guests , there was a man & woman obviously off their faces on drugs screaming, loudly arguing, threatening each other, sounded scary, for a long ongoing period. So we didn't go near there, couldn't have a shower and didn't know what to do other than stay in the room and be ready to call 000 if it got to it. In the morning there was another guy standing around in the corridors asking my daughter if staff were around. It seemed really dodgy . We had some work happening at our house, so needed one night in Bunbury. We got a discount as I use Agoda a lot. Glad it didn't cost me more. It would be a great stay with some ventilation and maybe a staff member on site Monday -thurs nights to stop antisocial behaviour and dodgy people. Pity that ruined it because it's not the hotel's fault.”
