“Tidy, clean, reasonably well equipped,plenty of hot water. Yes, the standard rooms are small, but quite adequate and reasonably priced. Staff are very friendly and helpful.”

“Lovely staff, clean comfortable bed, booked twin room with Agoda but motel does not have twin rooms. We are not a couple, but had to share queen bed. My only complaint. Meals are good pub food, popular with locals which is always a good indication for me. Not quite as close to railway station as I thought. ”

“The Sanctuary Suite was a nice room and worth it for the money. Each bedroom in the suite came with ensuite toilets. Good if you're travelling with others while wanting privacy and shorten the time waiting for the shower. The breakfast is a little limited and may get repetitive if you stay more than one day. Otherwise it's nice to go out for walks and easy enough to drive somewhere for food.”

“It’s a short drive from Bowral town centre, quiet at night time. The rooms are in slight different variations but fairly spacious. Bathrooms have been renovated. A light cover in the bathroom fell off during our stay and nearly hit my family’s head. We tried to text and call the afterhour contact number but never got answered, and no one followed up. We had to go to the front desk the next morning to raise our concerns. I have to say we’re lucky enough that there was no injury caused, otherwise it’d be a serious concern that a safety hazard was not promptly addressed.”

“We stayed two nights at the Berida hotel. The location is a 10-15 minutes walk to the town centre. ample parking space. Room is spacious and clean. However, the sound partition between rooms are not so great. we can hear people talking outside the room.”

“This hotel is right in the middle of Bowral and has everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay. Check-in was easy and the staff were very friendly. The room is quite spacious and the big bed was comfortable. The bathroom was equally big and the shower had plenty of hot water and food water pressure. As the rooms are attached to the public bar it was a little noisy but we were on the upper floor so it was okay. The wifi was a bit in and out and not so good on our stay and watching YouTube it kept buffering/loading from time to time. Definitely recommend this hotel and we had a meal at the public bar attached which was delicious. ”
