“Good place to stay in Bega. Near to the food outlets and centre of town. Two bedroon option was a good space for two adults and two older children. I will stay here again. ”

“rooms are small, unreasonably pricey. they have bare essentials and nothing more. we settled with this motel because there was no other option, you should do the same.”

“Good location on main street. Had to go down many stairs however from the room to outside. The kitchen was a fair walk but the show was just across the hall. Had to park in side street, otherwise all facilities suitable to our needs.”

“Clean, comfortable and quiet motel while we stayed in Bega. Small amount of cooking equipment including a portable cooktop. Parking is a bit poky/snug but adequate. The place gives the impression that perhaps it is under recent new management and being better looked after. (The photos on Google maps don’t seem recent). We booked a Queen room, which had an extra single bed, small table with three basic dining room chairs. There was a large bar fridge and microwave. Bathroom medium in size, clean - the suggestion for improvement would be an extra towel rail and finish the reno with a toilet roll holder (maybe a work in progress) The second suggestion is that the establishment would look more attractive if the area on the Eastern fence line (around the aircons) was kept mowed/trimmed as it’s overgrown and detracts from the motel (simple aesthetics) . We found the best price on Agoda following a Google maps app search ($110/night March 2026). There should be more places like this that are basic, clean and don’t want to “rob” the road tripper. ”
