“Very bad experience in my whole life. I booked a weekend stay at the Gold Coast Treehouse through Agoda, and unfortunately, it turned into one of the most stressful and frustrating travel experiences my family has ever had. After receiving my booking confirmation, I followed the link to manage my booking so I could access the passkey. However, for some reason, I was unable to retrieve it. My husband and I spent hours trying to contact both the property management and Agoda for assistance, but neither was able to resolve the issue promptly. It wasn't until around 4:00 pm that I finally managed to get the passkey and gain access to the unit. By then, our day was completely ruined. We had planned a relaxing family weekend, but instead we spent most of the day trying to sort out a problem that should never have happened. As a result, we ended up booking a hotel on the Gold Coast at additional expense, meaning the *** we paid for this accommodation was essentially wasted. What disappointed me most was the lack of support. There was no on-site management available to assist guests, and it was extremely difficult to contact anyone when we needed help. This is especially concerning in the event of an emergency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here. I sincerely hope no other family has to go through the same stressful and disappointing experience that we did. ”
