“We really loved the hotel room in the new part of the hotel. Enjoyed the pool and surrounding area next to the grape vines. The lack of aircon in the reception and restaurants during a heat wave is more than uncomfortable. The staff at breakfast and in the bar during the evening seem very overwhelmed. Tables full of used dishes and being told there were not enough wine glasses when we asked for two to take to our room seems unacceptable for a wine hotel. We would stay again for the room but not F&B”
