“Breakfast was very nice, and staffs are really kind! Fitness center was pretty awesome compared to other hotels in Graz, even in EU. But, road construction is on going around this hotel, a bit noisy outside.”

“Great location and being a new hotel the place looked great. They were good enough to keep our bags for us before our flight. Disappointed that room service wasn't on even though my room had the menu all set out to do so. Front door staff on my arrival could have been a bit more helpful and maybe welcoming. Don't want to say it wasn't a good stay, just a few niggles.”

“Location is good, close to old town and train station. Room is good size, door to the bathroom in the room 118 has strong security feels like they mixed entry door with bathroom door. Is it uncomfortable because bathroom door close itself loudly by itself with all strength but entry door luck security. We enjoyed sauna, infrared sauna, power plate in the gym. We didn’t have breakfast there are billa supermarket next door, spar , market everyday, cafes. No the cleanest hotel, lots of dust on the tv remote. No place to dry clothes. Gym is very small. Sauna you need to tell them what time you are going to use it, take keys from the reception. Bathrobe and sleepers will be waiting for you in a locker room. Overall pleasant stay. ”

“직원들 친절하고ㅠ서비스도 좋은데 냉장고, 드라이기 ,전기 주전자가 없어서 아쉬웠어요 !! ”

“You can't beat the location of this hotel. It's literally in the middle of it all! And, if you're worried about noise, I heard nothing on the 3rd floor whilst a noisy festival was happening all weekend. It was sound proof. The accommodations are very lovely and modern, but quite dark... In fact that's the only thing that was a little less desirable... A bit too dark in the rooms and the bathroom lighting is not friendly! But we were very pleased overall. Rooms are a bit smaller, but very cozy and front staff were very helpful. ”

“Boutique hotel with good location. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. We just slept for a night before heading to our next location. No coffee or tea in the room. ”
