“I had a truly wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel in Gmunden. My room was beautiful and spacious, with a lovely private garden where I enjoyed relaxing after long travel days.
What made the stay unforgettable was the exceptional kindness from the staff, especially Elena at the front desk. As I had to leave early to catch my train before breakfast service started, she kindly helped arrange an early breakfast for me and even walked me to the tram station to ensure I boarded the correct tram.
Such genuine hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. I will definitely return if I visit Gmunden again.”
