“This is a nice traditional Austrian hotel. The property is beautiful, and the rooms are beautiful and sparkling clean. I am a 40somthing-year-old mom from the US traveling with my 5-year-old son. This is the 4th stop on our Summer European Gallivant, and this is the first time I have felt out of place. There are not any other English-speaking travelers here, and most of the hotel information is only in German. I feel like I don't have a good grasp of the amenities, what the hotel has to offer, or even what is included in my rate. ”
