“Disappointing Experience – Not the Spa Hotel Advertised We booked this hotel specifically because it was advertised as a spa hotel. Imagine our shock upon check-in (November 2025) when we were told the spa hasn’t even been built yet! No mention of this during booking, which felt incredibly misleading. Things didn’t improve from there. Our first room had two single beds—not what we booked—and the towels had actual holes in them. Definitely not the standard you'd expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. After raising concerns, we were moved to a double room, but the shower was tiny and very old even though the room and bathroom were large in comparison! Overall, the experience was far below expectations and certainly not worth the price tag. ”

“Kraal Hotel best hotel in this part of Vlōre Yes it has beautiful rooms a swimming pool underground parking outdoor terraces and lots of other facilities But what makes this hotel exceptional is the staff They went out of their way to make my stay memorable. From the cleaning ladies thru reception breakfast and bar staff all went out of their way to be friendly and professional Thanks to Anise and her team for promptly sorting out a couple of niggles before they became a problem Also thanks to Pamela on reception who organised the drying of all my clothes when I got soaked to the skin in some thankfully short lived heavy rain Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel Will be back”
